Soleil Project
In a tibetan fantastic world, play in local coop twins that are trying to survive in this pacific action adventure game.
Managing the production
I currently manage a team of 12 people through 6 months. We set an organization through milestones every month and daily scrum meetings. For each milestone, we organized a longer meeting, reviewing the progress of the project together. I am using Hansoft to track the different task and organize each sprint. |

Virtual AlchemistVirtual alchemist is a Multiplayer Game about craft and throw potions in order to destroy the opponent's tower in Virtual Reality.
|
Managing the production
I managed a team of 14 people through 8 weeks. We set an organization through milestones every week and daily meetings about 10 mins to discuss what was accomplished during the last 24 hours, what is planned to be done during the next 24 hours and what went wrong. Each member of the team sets their tasks for the day. For each milestone, we organized a longer meeting, reviewing the progress of the project together . |
I was responsible for the communication between the dev team and the artists, assuring that the project is on track and removing blockers. I checked the progress of the project daily and had interviews with the team to ensure everyone is moving toward the same goal.

Final LapFinal lap is an interactive cinematic, realised through 5 days with a team composed by Game Design, Animation, Concept Artist and 3D Modeler students.
The theme was "garage". |
Managing the team
I manage a team of 13 people through 5 days, separate in two distinct groups. Each group made an interactive cinematic and they had to have a shared plan. It was my first experience to manage several different realms (3D modelers, animators, game designers, concept artists) in a such big team. It was as much challenging as it was interesting. I have learned a lot during this Week in term of communication, documentation, and knowledge of those area. |
Organization
I ensured brainstorms run smoothly and then assigned tasks to the overall group every morning. Together, we established a milestone for the day.
Brainstorms were the main challenge to manage during this week, regarding the number of people working together every day, and their first introduction to this type of teamwork. It was the first time the school made us do an intersection project.
I watched and checked the completed tasks, assuring we were still going toward the shared goal and respecting the final deadline.
I spend a lot of time assuring that everyone in the team was feeling comfortable with each other and with the project: every voice where conscientiously listened to for new ideas or objections, but also to create links between our sections.
